How much does it cost to wrap an HVAC service van?
Pricing depends on size, coverage, and design complexity. Lettering and decals start at a few hundred dollars; partial wraps fall in the mid-range; full van wraps run several thousand depending on the vehicle. We provide a custom quote within 24 hours once we know your fleet specs.
Can we keep our trucks on the road during the project?
Yes. We use a phased rollout — typically 1–2 vehicles at a time, with weekend and evening install slots available — so your fleet keeps earning while we work through each truck.
How long does the wrap last in the Florida sun?
Our 3M and Avery Dennison films are rated for 5–7 years in South Florida conditions. We UV-laminate every panel to maximize longevity against sun, salt, and heat.
Will the wrap damage the factory paint?
No — it actually protects your paint from UV exposure, sand, salt, and minor scratches. When professionally removed, the original factory finish underneath is usually in better condition than unwrapped panels.
Do you design the wrap, or do I bring artwork?
Both. Our in-house design team can build your wrap from scratch around your brand, or we can print and install artwork you provide. Either way, we’ll mock the design on your actual vehicle make and model before production.
What happens if a panel gets damaged in an accident?
We keep your design files on hand so individual panels can be reprinted and replaced to match the rest of the truck — no need to re-wrap the whole vehicle for a fender bender or side-panel repair.
