By using the Site or requesting a quote, consultation, or wrap installation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

CRD Wraps provides design, printing, and installation of vehicle wraps, fleet and commercial graphics, color change wraps, boat and transom wraps, wall wraps, and related products. Descriptions of our Services on the Site are provided for general information. Specific project scope, materials, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written quote or agreement.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and the condition of the surface or vehicle to be wrapped. Prices are subject to change if the project scope, materials, vehicle condition, or design requirements differ from the original assessment. A quote is not confirmed until accepted in writing by both parties.

Custom wrap projects may require a deposit before design or production begins. Because our work is custom and made to order, deposits may be non-refundable once design or printing has started. Final payment is due as specified in your written agreement, typically upon completion of installation. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of booking.

For custom projects, we provide design proofs for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check proofs for spelling, colors, layout, dimensions, contact details, and overall accuracy before approving them. Once you approve a proof and production begins, you are responsible for the cost of reprints or corrections needed due to errors that were present in the approved proof.

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.

Proper wrap adhesion depends on the condition of the surface being wrapped. Surfaces must be clean and free of rust, dents, chips, aftermarket coatings, or prior damage. We are not responsible for adhesion issues, lifting, or finish problems caused by pre-existing conditions, factory paint defects, or previously repaired panels.

Removing a wrap may affect underlying paint, particularly on repainted, aftermarket, or lower-quality finishes. Following our care and maintenance guidance helps protect the appearance and lifespan of your wrap.

Wrap materials may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product and application. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be described in your written agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper care, harsh chemicals, automatic car washes, environmental conditions, or normal wear over time. Contact us with any concerns about your wrap and we will do our best to help.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our work is custom, any design, printing, or materials already produced for your project may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility, if any, will be handled in accordance with your written agreement.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, portfolio work, and design elements, is the property of CRD Wraps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

If you supply artwork, logos, or other materials for your project, you represent that you have the right to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them as needed to complete your project. You are responsible for ensuring your materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it in any way, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, uploading harmful code, or using it to violate the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CRD Wraps. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any site you visit.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRD Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
