VENOMOUS MUSTANG
This custom piece has been awhile in the making. The idea was planted 2 years ago while racing around the Tail of the Dragon with our rally crew. While enjoying the view on the mountain, one special couple spoke to us about a custom wrap idea, and after seeing one of our projects in person, they knew we were the ones that could pull it off.
Flash forward to this year. Sydney Chase and his wife Julie re-connected to tell us they finally had the perfect canvas, a 2021 Mustang GT, and were ready to pull the trigger on a one of a kind wrap. The original idea was a twist on Peter Parker and Spider-Man, but after an in-depth design consultation, the idea grew into something with a little more bite.
Venom has become everyone’s favorite Anti-Hero. This project allowed us to stretch the boundaries of custom art, not only with in house illustrations, but also through the use of specialty materials. The custom artwork was incorporated all throughout the design and printed on Arlon Illuminite, a premium reflective vehicle wrap vinyl. 3M Satin Black was used to add a little contrasting element that enhanced the conflicting theme of the Venom character.

September 9, 2025Chuck was awesome to work with! I had a name picked out and he brought my vision to reality above and beyond what I expected by throwing a little extra flair in the design. The quality of the material is top notch and pricing was extremely competitive. I’ll attach a picture of the wrap proof. Unfortunately which had no fault to CRD during installation a strong gust of wind grabbed a hold of it and ultimately ruined the wrap. Again no fault to CRD. Once I pull the boat for the season I’ll be ordering another wrap and will update the post with pictures. Thanks again Chuck!!
